Tim and Iggy's Live Show Review: Deadmau5 Nokia Lumia Concert

Deadmau5 -- the familiar artist of the hit song Ghosts 'n' Stuff, worked with Nokia to produce a concert like no other. Joel Zimmerman (Deadmau5) of Canada brought the audio-visual experience to a whole new level, displaying projections that went along with his music onto the curved facade of the Millbank Tower in London. It was streamed live online, and the streaming of the pre-show was a bit glitchy, but these errors were corrected by the time of the main performance. Sofi performed spectacularly in Raise Your Weapon, sounding exactly like the mp3 version (despite the fact that the night weather of London was absolutely frigid) and Deadmau5 as usual produced a great show -- even though this was simply a promotional event, and not a full blown concert. He brought the same energy he applies to all of his other shows. For those unfamiliar with Deadmau5, his genre includes a mixture of house and progressive trance, but dabbles in a variety of other styles. We will continue to post worthwhile songs by him, because he is one of our favorites!

Rating: 10/10 (excluding glitchy streaming in the beginning)
